An outdoor interactive fitness program that parents can do with their child. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using resistance bands, the stroller and the environment. It’s a great workout for any level of exerciser. Songs and activities are woven into the routine to entertain and engage your child while parents are led in a series of exercises. There are also times where older children can come out of the stroller to stretch their legs too!

Plus, feel free to bring a post workout snack (nut free) and then hang out (for an additional 30 minutes after the class) to socialize in our private courtyard after your workout and make some parent connections.

For parents 6 weeks postpartum and beyond (children can be any age).

60 minute class (plus social time after) for 8 weeks
